FORMED.org

FORMED provides video series, movies, audiobooks, and ebooks to help us learn and enjoy our Catholic faith. You can access it on your computer, phone or tablet, or on your TV using a Roku or Amazon Firestick.

1. Go to FORMED.org
2. Click Sign Up
3. Select "I Belong to a Parish or Organization"
4. Type in "Fairport, NY" and choose "Assumption and Resurrection Parishes"
5. Enter your email and you're in!

If you already have a FORMED account, you will stay logged in on a mobile device, ROKU or Firestick. On a computer, you may get logged out between uses (if you clear your cache or restart your computer, for example.) Just follow the steps below to get logged back in (no password required). Once you are logged in, bookmark the site. These steps also work to add FORMED to a new mobile device.

3. Enter your email
4. Go to your email, find the message from FORMED and click the link
