CASE stands for Creating A Safe Environment and CASE requirements are set forth by the Diocese to ensure that our volunteers and staff are trained and cleared to work with children and/or vulnerable adults.
CASE training includes a background check and creates a safe environment by giving our volunteers who work with others the tools they need to know what abuse looks like and what action must be taken if they become aware of it.
CASE is valid for three years upon completion and must be completed prior to volunteering.
